Having served as a federal law clerk and being active in the local community, Omar is ideally position to be local counsel. He is familiar with the federal and state judiciary and knows the state and federal local rules, the administrative orders, and internal operating procedures.
Alternative Dispute Resolution & International Arbitration
In addition to our courtroom litigation experience, OKI Law has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in domestic and international arbitrations. In addition, we have the unique experience of being appointed and serving on several international arbitration tribunals as Secretary to the Tribunal. We have handled matters across a wide range of industries and within a variety of forums such as the AAA, ICDR, LCIA, and JAMS.

International Extradition
Working together with Eduardo Palmer, P.A., OKI Law represents clients dealing with international extradition issues in the United States and abroad.
