Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Disputes are an inevitable part of any business. When a client comes to us with a dispute, we take the time to get to know and learn about the client and its business. In that way, we can apply holistic view to the client’s dispute and make an informed decision about the most cost-effective manner to achieve the client’s goals. Sometimes that means negotiating a solution. And sometimes that means commencing litigation and going to trial. From the negotiation table to counsel’s table, we have the experience to assist you.
We have experience representing clients in a wide array of commercial disputes including:
- Business Torts
- Temporary and Permanent Injunctions
- Partnership and Shareholder Disputes
- Member and Shareholder Derivative Litigation

- Unfair Competition
- Deceptive Trade Practices
- Breaches of Representations and Warranties
We understand that out-of-town clients may prefer that their longstanding lawyers handle certain disputes for them. That is why we serve as local counsel for those clients and out-of-town law firms. We know that each local counsel engagement is different. That is why from leading role to supporting role, we adapt to each local counsel engagement based on the client’s needs.
