About Me

Prior to joining OKI Law, I practiced as an associate at a large international law firm.  My client matters included corporate activities, such as nine-figure asset acquisitions and advising clients on regulatory matters, as well as civil litigation.  Following private practice, I clerked, first, for the Honorable Andrea M. Simonton, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Florida, and then for Senior U.S. District Judge Patricia A. Seitz in the same District.

Before returning to private practice with OKI Law, I focused on education.  I developed a private tutoring company, working primarily with high school students, and served in various teaching and administration roles at an international school in Shanghai, China, as well as a K-12 program in Miami, Florida.  I have also taught the primary legal research and writing course to international lawyers in the University of Miami School of Law’s LL.M. program.  My experience teaching and working with individuals from varied backgrounds strengthens my understanding of client needs and goals here at OKI Law.
